are the new hockey rules ie hitting into the d direct from a free hit being applied to junior hockey

New rules do not apply to Mini Hockey, ie 7 a-side, but do apply to an 11 a-side game.

tried to post a link. england hockey have released a statement on their website. have a look on there it explains the adaptions for juniors!

In S.A we played the new rules since last year... so my idea of it is that if a free hit as been earned within the oppositions defending 25 the ball has to travel 5m before entering the D
