I uses much bottom hand how to avoid it.

I would say a good drill to use in this instance is to get someone to drop a ball in front of you and you drive one handed. With only your top hand on the bat . If you practice shots like this even in the nets or just with tennis balls then it will get stronger and you will be more comfortable using it. There is nothing wrong with using your bottom hand just make sure its in the right situations!

Fold you middle , ring and small fingers into a fist. You should now have your pointy finger and thumb free. Grip the bat handle  with the pointy finger and thumb only. Now you cannot grip the bat handle too hard. Use this grip in practice to get used to how play shots without too much bottom hand. The top hand acts as the fulcrum point and the bottom hand is used to provide the effort to push the bat through into the ball.

This is a common occurence amongst many players fro the following reasons;

1) Gripping the bat too hard with the bottom hand

2) Playing the ball too early

3) Not leaning into the ball enough, ie leaning back so the ball is hit in the air

Brilliant Site. Just what I need. Given our everyday lives, it's hard to come up with good drills, share with others and agree before a session.
