Objectives:

    Introduction:
    Tonight we're going to further introduce the patterns and shape of the way your team is going to play. Again, while you will want to this your way and include your own strategies and playing options, the foundations to this plan will always be the same; planning, preparation and practice. We’ll also start to introduce our banker or default strategies

    Planning:

    Understand what your players/team can and cannot do
  • Have a clear play 'road map' of what your team will do in specific areas on the field
  • Write it down and communicate this to your players
  • Ensure your players understand and can execute
