Cross-Court Pass and Shoot, 317 jump shot high Handball

Description

Starting on the right wing players pass from right to left.

When the third player receives the ball on the left wing they should feint (either to go out or to go in) before then running around the defender and shooting on goal.

Once they've shot on goal each player rotates to the next position.

Coaching Points

The attacker should shoot using a jump shot. Speed and explosive power are essential for this shot to be successful.

Depending on the level of your players the defender can be passive or active in their attempts to block the shot.
